Among other powers, the BOD has the power to adopt & publish rules & regulations governing the use of the Common Area, employ a manager or independent contractor, or such other employees as it deems necessary. Among other duties, the BOD has the duty to determine the amount of the Special assessment, cause the Common Area to be maintained, supervise all officers, agents, & employees of the Association.
If you would like to volunteer to serve as a board member, please attend the meeting, Members may be nominated from the floor at the meeting.
Your presence at this meeting, either in person or by proxy is very important. If you will be unable to attend the meeting to vote in person, please complete the enclosed Uninstructed Proxy & email your proxy to
Each lot has one vote. If the deed of a lot is in the name(s) of more than one owner, the owner present at the meeting shall be the person who is entitled to vote on behalf of the other owners of the lot. If more than one owner of the lot attends the meeting, then the vote for that lot shall be cast in unanimous agreement by all owners of the lot who are present at the meeting.
No owner shall be eligible to vote, either in person or by proxy, who is more than 60 days delinquent in any payments and/or assessment fees due the Association. Please address any questions you may have to
