Annual Assessments Due March 15, 2025

A reminder to all Hidden Spring HOA members that annual assessments are due by March 15, 2025. Notices were sent via email to the address on file with the HOA on February 15, 2025. Please ensure your payment is submitted on time to avoid late fees, which will be assessed on April 1st, 2025. If you have not received the email with payment instructions for credit card or check, contact the Board of Directors immediately at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. For those paying by check, deposits can be made in the Hidden Spring mailbox located at the corner of Hidden Spring Dr. and Labrador Loop. Spring Cleanup at Hidden Spring HOA

As the days grow longer and the temperatures rise, it's time to refresh our beautiful Hidden Spring community with our annual Spring Cleanup Event! This is a fantastic opportunity to come together, spruce up our shared spaces, and ensure our neighborhood stays clean and vibrant for everyone to enjoy.

Date:  The month of May 2025

During the cleanup, the focus on:

  1. Removing litter and debris from common areas
  2. Cleaning up walking trails and green spaces
  3. Tidying up around mailboxes, parks, and shared spaces

Parking Notice: Keep Common Area Entrances Clear

Please be aware that blocking the entrance to HOA common areas with parked vehicles is strictly prohibited. Doing so restricts access for all residents, including those with disabilities who rely on unobstructed entry. To ensure that everyone in our community can fully enjoy these shared spaces, please park only in public areas. Your cooperation helps keep Hidden Spring an inclusive and accessible place for all. Neighborhood Services is the division of Public Works responsible for helping residents improve their neighborhoods through cooperative efforts and education, working with property owners to ensure compliance with building and property codes, and illegal signs along our roadways.

Vehicle Compliance Reminder

All residents are reminded to keep their vehicles in compliance with Virginia state laws and regulations, including maintaining a valid safety inspection and VA registration. Additionally, per Virginia state law § 46.2-715, vehicles are required to display both front and rear license plates. Please ensure your vehicle meets these requirements to avoid potential violations. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe and in accordance with state laws.
